Robert Hughes, DDS

Dr. Hughes is known for his exceptionally caring attitude toward his patients and toward his work. One way he demonstrates this is in the time he takes to carefully get to know you as a person, listening and addressing your particular dental concerns and needs. This relationship basis is one of the most important aspects of his meeting the needs of his patients. All of his treatment meets exacting standards for function, beauty and comfort. It helps to meet these standards by having an in-house laboratory, allowing total control of accuracy and necessary adjustments as needed

Dr Hughes has always shown a commitment to his patients by completing on-going continuing education courses. He has completed three of the available continuum courses in Cosmetic/Restorative Dentistry with the renowned Pankey Institute, earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and logged over 1200 hours of general continuing education credit hours.

After graduating from Healdton High School, Dr. Hughes attended both the University of Oklahoma, where he was drum major of the Pride of Oklahoma Band, and the University of North Texas. He earned the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Baylor University Dental School in 1966. His practice of dentistry began as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he served for two years, before establishing his practice at his present location in Ardmore in 1969.

Professionally, Dr. Hughes is a member locally of the Arbuckle Dental Society, Oklahoma Dental Association, Oklahoma Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Hughes and his wife, Donna live in Ardmore and enjoy spending as much time as possible with their seven children, and their thirteen grandchildren. Dr. Hughes has always enjoyed being active as a deacon in the First Baptist Church and also has participated in the Ardmore Chorale Society, Kiwanis Club, Good Shepard Dental Clinic, and as a Boy Scout leader.

Bobbi Ramsey, Dental Hygienist

Bobbi can answer just about any question you have regarding dental hygiene.  After graduating from Lone Grove High School in 1995, she attended Rose State College to study Dental Hygiene. Once she received her degree, as a Dental Hygienist, she joined our practice in 2000 and has loved it ever since.  Bobbi lives in Lone Grove with her husband, Justin, and their sons, Grayson and Layton.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, riding 4 wheelers and spending time at the lake.

Beddie Mc Cage, Dental Assistant / Lab Technician

Beddie always knew she wanted a career in dentistry. After graduating from Thackerville High School, she worked in the field for five years before joining our team. Since then, she enjoys providing chairside assistance to Dr. Hughes and working in our on-site lab. Beddie lives in Thackerville with her husband, Mark, and their two sons, Hunter and Tanner.After hours she loves hanging out with friends and family.

Lorrie White, Business Manager

Lorrie graduated from Ardmore High School and later earned her Business Management Degree from Murray State College in 1999. She joined our team in 2005 and brought 10 years of dental office experience with her.  She can assist you with your financial, insurance and scheduling needs.  She lives in Dickson with her husband, Robbie.  They have two sons, Robert and Ryan.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and home projects.

Lisa Selensky, Chairside Dental Assistant

Lisa and her family moved to Ardmore in 2006. She brings 20+ years dental assisting experience to our office. She has a passion for helping people. She lives in Ardmore with her husband Kenneth. They have 3 children...Tylar, Cameron and Leah. She enjoys OU Football, exercising, traveling and following her children in their various sporting and school activities.

Jeanine Caldwell, Dental Assistant

Jeanine is a long time resident of the Ardmore area. She joined our office in 2007. She is a graduate of Lone Grove High School and Murray State College. Jeanine has a unique gift of making people feel at ease and laugh. She lives in Ardmore with her two daughters Presley and Lola. She enjoys outdoor activities and playng with her kids.
